See what your next meeting costs, to the minute
For team leads and managers who run weekly syncs. Enter people, average yearly salary and minutes, and get the cost of the meeting and of every minute.
Sound familiar?
- Your weekly sync has 12 people and nobody can say whether the hour is worth the money.
- A 30-minute status call with 8 colleagues at 80,000 a year quietly costs about 154, and it repeats every week.
- Nobody looks at the calendar as a budget, so meetings multiply until focus time is gone.

Questions people ask
How is the cost of a meeting calculated?
People times average yearly salary, divided by 2,080 working hours a year and by 60, gives the cost per minute; multiply it by the length of the meeting. The salary is the only cost counted, with no overhead added.
Do you store the salaries I enter?
No. The numbers travel in the page address, the cost is calculated while the page loads, and nothing is saved anywhere.
Which currencies and limits are supported?
US dollars, euros and Brazilian reais, from 1 to 50 people and from 1 minute to 24 hours. A calendar cost report that adds up all your meetings is planned.
